## Summary

Status of an NSDK feature.
More than one status can apply at once, so [value] is a distinct flag rather than a sequential
index. Values must not be renumbered or reordered.

| INITIALIZING | INITIALIZING | Never reported by NSDK.Retained only so that existing code still compiles. Its value cannot match any status, so[From] never returns it. |
| NONE | NONE | The feature is in a non-error state. |
| NULL_ARDK_HANDLE | NULL_ARDK_HANDLE | The status could not be retrieved because a null handle was passed. |
