#### Summary

Returns a SwiftProtobufContiguousBytes instance containing the Protocol Buffer binary
format serialization of the message.

#### Returns

A SwiftProtobufContiguousBytes instance containing the binary serialization
of the message.

#### Throws

SwiftProtobufError or BinaryEncodingError if encoding fails.

### Parameters
