About these Policies

Niantic Spatial enables developers to create experiences in which users interact with the physical world in novel ways. In order to ensure that these experiences are safe for users, applications developed with the Niantic Spatial Platform (which includes NSDK, Maps SDK, and the Niantic Spatial Platform APIs), or the Scaniverse Application (together, the “Business and Developer Services”) must adhere to these policies.

Avoid Inappropriate Content

• 組織的な差別または疎外（既知のヘイトグループに関連するヘイトシンボルの使用を含む）に関連する特性に基づいて、人に対する暴力を促進し、または憎悪を助長するヘイトスピーチまたはコンテンツ

• 他者の虐待またはハラスメントにつながるエクスペリエンス（その人物、その家族またはその所有物に対する脅威、または個人を特定できる情報の共有を含む）

• 暴力的な過激派および/または危険な組織により推奨または作成されたコンテンツ

Never Create Dangerous Experiences

Do not create experiences that could place users in a dangerous location or situation.

Respect Privacy

How we enforce the Terms of Service and these guidelines.

We will review reported or flagged apps and will determine whether or not they violate the Terms of Service and/or these policies. Developer accounts are penalized for violations of the Terms of Service and/or these policies. Depending on the violation, we may issue a warning, suspend your account, or permanently terminate your account without warning.
