Gets the pose of a VPS asset's origin in the device's AR tracking space.

Summary
Remarks
Polling drives tracking: the first call for an asset starts tracking its origin,
so keep polling while this returns false. Data is only served while the asset is
fully tracked; false also covers lapsed tracking and an asset id not yet known to
the session (e.g. a TryLocalize for its site is still in
flight).
Returns
True if tracking data is available.
