Niantic Spatial Digital Services Act Transparency
Learn more about how Niantic Spatial meets its obligations under the Digital Service Act (“DSA”) and how we strive to foster a fun and safe environment for our communities.
Per Article 24 of the Digital Services Act, every 6 months Niantic Spatial is required to publish the estimated average number of monthly active recipients in the European Union (AMAR) of services that qualify as online platforms under the regulation.
The estimated number of AMAR in the EU for the 6 month period ending 31 December 2025 for Ingress is 58,600; Peridot is 2,100; and Scaniverse is 37,306.
This estimate is provided solely for the purposes of complying with Article 24(2) of the DSA, and does not necessarily reflect the Company’s methods for measuring Daily Active Users and Monthly Active Users or the geographic breakdown of such users.
