Can we start with a small proof of concept?
Yes. Evaluate is a paid three-month plan that lets you validate performance before signing up for a larger plan. It includes 15 Places Library downloads across the term and 15 capture minutes per month.
How do the plans scale as we need more places and captures?
The allowances increase by plan. Evaluate includes 15 Places Library downloads and 15 capture minutes per month; Train includes 100 downloads and 60 capture minutes per month; Deploy includes 300 downloads and 120 capture minutes per month. Enterprise provides uncapped Places Library downloads and negotiated capture volume.
What happens if we need more capture time than our plan includes?
Evaluate and Train allow additional capture minutes at $20 per minute and $18 per minute, respectively. Minutes roll over on both plans, and you can upgrade to a higher plan as your place and capture needs grow.
What level of support and delivery is included?
Evaluate and Train include standard support and a dedicated GCS bucket. Deploy adds QA on every batch, a delivery SLA with escalation, and priority support. Enterprise adds enterprise API delivery, pipeline calibration by Niantic Spatial's R&D team, priority processing, and white-glove support.
